- *Responsibilities:**
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our client, a prominent power company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service support and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to power outages, payments, and service
- Offering additional products and services to customers, such as surge protection, home wiring, and water heater repairs
- Assisting customers with creating payment plans and making payments
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry while engaging with customers
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals
- *Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior recent experience working as an inbound customer service agent for at least one year, verifiable
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via the telephone
- Technical savvy, with the ability to easily learn and navigate multiple screens and enter data while engaging with customers
- Time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet various program goals
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
