As a Hybrid Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with internal departments, producers, and brokers to provide application support and resolve issues
- Determining the root cause of problems and offering possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed
- Handling inbound, outbound, or a combination of both customer service calls
- Providing basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our systems
- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service skills, including oral and written communication
- Some experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within strict time constraints
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete assignments in a timely manner
- Demonstrated commitment to team and departmental goals
- Ability to make informed decisions and achieve the appropriate results
- Excellent data entry skills and experience with Outlook and Teams
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:
- Property and Casualty experience
- Ability to work any shift between 8am and 6pm EST, M-F, based on business need
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
