As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling if required
  • *Qualifications**

  • Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Be able to type 25 words per minute
  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Possess proven oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
  • Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Possess organization and work prioritization skills

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
