- *The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative – Real Estate Industry Support Center Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, Facebook, and chat. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic troubleshooting and support for arenaflex's products and their interactions with Operating Systems, Internet Browsers, and other third-party software
- Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner, handling approximately 1,000 calls per month
- Responding to first-level Help Desk calls/emails/text chats related to arenaflex systems and services using Freshdesk, managing about 500 emails per month
- Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues until resolved, escalating or transferring when necessary
- Clearing cache for all supported Internet Browsers
- Providing basic troubleshooting for printer settings
- Identifying any system bugs and reporting them to the appropriate team
- Contributing to and helping maintain the internal and external FAQ systems
- Officially logging user suggestions and participating in round table discussions
- Providing detailed logs and documentation of all phone calls and emails in the ticket-logging system
- Staying up to date on all arenaflex product updates and releases
- Participating in testing arenaflex products and services
- Assisting with various secondary duties, including department email/voicemail status change request forms (data entry for listing status updates)
- Assisting with various special committees and task forces as requested

- Strong writing and communication skills
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
