As a Healthcare Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from members and healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information about healthcare services, including benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Assisting members with scheduling appointments and navigating healthcare systems, ensuring seamless coordination and communication
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Documenting all customer interactions in a clear and concise manner, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive member information

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center environment

This is a full-time, contract position, with a schedule of 8 hours per day, between the hours of 7am-9pm. In-office training may be required, and you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.

While this is a remote position, we prefer candidates who are able to commute or relocate to Harrisburg, PA 17110 before starting work.
