As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing approved quotes returned by customers for accuracy, exercising discretion and judgment in assessing their validity.
  • Setting up new customer contracts in Service Trade based on approved quotes.
  • Assigning service lines to contracts as required.
  • Reviewing repair quotes and ensuring jobs are assigned to the appropriate job.
  • Verifying customer's tax status and contract details, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Assigning applicable customers' assets as needed for job.
  • Assigning customers' labor contracts to jobs, abiding by appropriate labor allocation agreements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to request required documentation as needed.
  • Adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure all data is entered both with consistency and in compliance with approved standard practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in data entry, customer service, and accounting processes. Some of the key qualifications we are looking for include:

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • An associate degree in business or supply chain is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience a plus.
  • 3-5 years of office experience/data entry/customer service.
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One and Service Trade preferred.
  • Experience in service-related industry is desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, independent worker, and strong team member.
