We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Customer Logistics Manager - Inventory to join our team in Franklin, IN. As a leader in our Supply Chain Solutions division, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, managing inventory, and leading a team of direct reports. - *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including inventory management, customer service, and account management.
- Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Manage and attain daily operational goals within your assigned functional area, including customer satisfaction, staffing performance, and health and safety management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics industry.

- *Qualifications:**
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
- Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required

- Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
