We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Customer Logistics Manager - Inventory to join our team in Franklin, IN. As a leader in our Supply Chain Solutions division, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, managing inventory, and leading a team of direct reports.   • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, including inventory management, customer service, and account management.
  • Lead a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Manage and attain daily operational goals within your assigned functional area, including customer satisfaction, staffing performance, and health and safety management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the logistics industry.
  • *Essential Functions:**
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
  • *Qualifications:**
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) is required
  • Logistics industry knowledge is advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations is advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components is intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production is advanced required
  • *Compensation and Benefits:**
  • Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
