As a Principal Architect - AdTech Customer Data & Identity, you'll be part of a new top-tier AdTech design team, leading the development and execution of our customer persona system across AdTech platforms. You'll be instrumental in architecting a creative persona framework that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted marketing efforts.

- *Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of our customer persona system across AdTech platforms
- Architect a creative persona framework that enhances personalized customer experiences and drives targeted marketing efforts
- Apply expertise in customer data platforms, persona diagrams, and universal identifiers to create a unified view of our customers, enabling precise ad targeting and activation on DSPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, influencing the continuous improvement of our systems
- Foster methodologies to collect, maintain, and utilize customer data effectively while ensuring compliance with data security regulations
- *What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a data innovation solutions design role
- 3+ years of experience working in customer persona management
- Broad experience in AdTech, with a proven history of designing and implementing large-scale ad delivery frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of customer data platforms, persona diagrams, and universal identifiers
- Strong understanding of cookie technology and its implications for digital marketing
- Experience with data development strategies and tools
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make decisive decisions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience with data analysis tools for performance monitoring and optimization
- Past experience in architecting solutions

- Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- Working experience ideally in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment
- Data Clean Room experience is a plus
- Experience with online customer data security and/or Consent/Persona Management tools

The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $193,600, depending on work-related, non-biased factors like experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
