  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Product Manager in our Client Investigation Center, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Driving the development and execution of our customer analytics and experience strategy**: You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • **Characterizing and implementing a methodology, prioritization, and workflow for the Client Investigation Center**: You'll develop and implement a clear and efficient process for managing customer data and analytics, ensuring that our teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • **Guaranteeing that our tools and systems are secure and reliable**: You'll work with our IT teams to ensure that our tools and systems are designed and implemented with the highest level of security and reliability, protecting the sensitive information of our customers.
  • **Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success**: You'll develop and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our customer analytics and experience strategy, ensuring that we're meeting our goals and objectives.
  • **Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, customer analytics, data security, and privacy**: You'll stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • **Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer analytics and experience solutions**: You'll work closely with our Design, Walmart.com, Data Analytics, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver top-notch customer analytics and experience solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • **Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field**: A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field is required.
  • **7 years' experience in product management**: You'll need to have at least 7 years' experience in product management, preferably in a customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C product environment.
  • **9 years' experience in product management or related field**: Alternatively, you'll need to have at least 9 years' experience in product management or related field.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • **Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field**: A master's degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred.
  • **6 years' experience as a product manager**: You'll need to have at least 6 years' experience as a product manager, preferably in a customer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C product environment.
  • **Experience with comprehensive digital experiences**: We're looking for candidates with experience in creating comprehensive digital experiences, including knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design.
