We're seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our MinuteClinic team. As a Physician Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you'll be able to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. You'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that addresses the unique needs of our patients and communities.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of our patients and communities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients of all ages
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that addresses the needs of our patients and communities
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
  • Or, in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice license to practice in the job
  • At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the same
  • Complete the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including but not limited to Spanish (dependent on market)
  • Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • If under 1 year of work experience as a licensed provider, earlier student precepting experience with MinuteClinic is preferred, but not required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
