  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Physician Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, including:

  • Conducting precise evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for patients
  • Managing medical conditions, providing health advice, and making arrangements for patient care
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as opening and closing the facility, stocking supplies, and managing patient flow
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive plan of care
  • Educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests, and organizing with other healthcare experts to keep a thorough arrangement of care
  • Encouraging patients to become active participants in their healthcare and well-being through services like health screenings, social well-being, and health, ongoing conditions management
  • *Required Capabilities**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care, including precise evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, management of medical conditions, health advice, and demeanor making arrangements for patients
  • Request and control vaccinations and infusions (including COVID-19, flu, TB, and Depo) and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine guidance and education
  • Possess at least two years of clinically relevant experience or equivalent
  • Complete the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment
  • Possess the ability to speak and write in multiple languages, contingent upon the market (including but not limited to Spanish)
  • Hold Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing mouth-to-mouth and operating a Mechanical External Defibrillator (AED)
  • Pass a FIT assessment and wear the provided respirator mask when required
  • *Preferred Capabilities**

If you have less than one year of work experience as a licensed provider, we prefer but do not require prior student precepting experience with arenaflex.

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse job. Alternatively, in select states, you may possess a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other health-related graduate degree or equivalent experience along with a Four-year education in science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job.
