- *Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Media Systems Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and services related to media and A/V systems. This includes equipment and software installation, testing, and configuration, as well as client training and collaboration with other technology teams. You'll work closely with our creative teams to provide vital support and ensure that our studio representatives have the best possible work experience, whether on location or remotely.

- Work closely with other technology teams to provide support and services as needed
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance technical support systems and strategies
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures
- Work with studio leadership to identify and address technical support needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new technologies and solutions
- Provide training and support to clients on media and A/V systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to media and A/V systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and effective support
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with media and A/V technology, related technical support, and/or client support
- Strong experience with A/V technology and trends, including projectors, large displays, video conferencing, sound DSP systems, control systems like Q-Sys and Crestron, and other common technologies used in media and A/V installations
- Working knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Windows operating systems, as well as Linux desktop systems
- Experience with remote desktop technologies, such as HP Anyplace (Teradici) and HP Remote Graphics Software (RGS)
- Familiarity with ticket tracking, technical support tools, documentation systems, and diagnostic tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze, fix, or replace PC hardware components (hard drives, graphics cards, memory modules, fans, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, artists, and technologists
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience planning and building complex A/V systems, wire coordination, and other related tasks
- Experience with professional secure streaming platforms, such as Sohonet or Evercast
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware and components, with A+ or equivalent systems administration certification
- Active involvement in Linux administration
- Strong Mac/Windows system administration skills
- Experience with pre-production, coding, and other related technical skills
- Experience with CG animation, VFX, or game development software and pipelines
