- *Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack EHS Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of arenaflex employees, clients, and global communities. You will work closely with site leadership teams, contractors, and vendors to supervise site operations, preservation, and construction activities. This role will also involve remotely assisting data center operations outside of the Waukee region and participating in broader cross-functional EHS application development and implementation projects.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with local and broader site groups, company EHS training team, and data center education team to ensure training is developed and deployed according to regulations and mission needs
- Conduct job risk analysis, identifying controls, and approving work permits
- Oversee on-site contractors and vendors
- Lead or participate in incident investigations, developing corrective actions, and driving actions to closure
- Engage in EHS audits and tests
- Assist with chemical and hazardous materials management
- Comply with record-keeping and reporting requirements for air, water, and waste permits
- Perform business hygiene tests
- Support corporate EHS initiatives to enhance control systems, standards improvement, and technology systems
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of vast-based EHS experience, with a focus on construction, contractor management, and data center preservation and operations
- Strong understanding of facilities management, engineering, production, environmental management, physical safety (e.g., working at height, electrical isolation, medium voltage, confined space, PPE), fire/life safety, and industrial hygiene
- Excellent company, project management, data analytics, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to persuade without authority
- Ability to learn and use software applications for data management, online file collaboration, and digital meetings
- Capacity to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond quickly with clear and accurate input to a range of stakeholders
- Must be fairly collaborative with a team-first mindset
- Solid knowledge of applicable consensus standards and federal, state, and local regulations

- Relevant technical certifications, CSP or CIH preferred
- Ability to support after-hours emergency response
