• *About the Role**

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be part of our Health Data Science team, responsible for driving a group of full-stack data scientists and delivering high-impact results. You'll design and develop a top-notch Security data warehouse and data tools, providing tailored solutions to meet a wide range of evolving requirements, including mobile and high-quality measurement reporting, regulatory compliance, product insights, and implementation experiences.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Translate various data needs into data models and tooling design, driving organization-wide data establishment strategy
• Own and work on measurement reporting, metric validation, and new metric development for Reddit's transparency reporting and regulatory compliance
• Review and improve existing data warehouse with a focus on enhancing data quality, data reliability, and pipeline visibility
• Increase the Security data science team's productivity through automation, ETL systems, and agile cycles
• Collaborate with large data science teams in building shared data systems and tooling
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data models, and data visualizations to support business decisions

• *Required Capabilities**

• Strong Python skills and solid SQL skills
• 4+ years of experience working with large-scale ETL frameworks (performance, process, and support)
• 4+ years of non-temporary position professional experience building perfect, efficient, object-oriented code (Python preferred) in a production environment
• Experience as a database manager or modeler with large-scale data warehouse frameworks like Google BigQuery
• Excellent relational skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels of the organization
• Liked: Experience with Apache Beam or similar data/ETL tools in a production environment
• Liked: Involvement in public/administrative measurement reporting
