To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in India
- Possess strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Be willing and able to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Have a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
