We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team and drive our scientific upheaval in the Ability Obtaining (TA) space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing data pipelines, analyzing complex datasets, and creating data-driven solutions to tackle business challenges. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to drive business growth and improve decision-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with experts, software developers, and business leaders to define business processes and provide data-driven insights
• Develop code to analyze complex datasets and design, create, and evaluate data transformations to address specific business issues
• Design and develop adaptable, efficient, and automated data pipelines to support client-facing reporting
• Automate TA processes to streamline business activities
• Present findings and recommendations to business clients and leaders through verbal or written reports

• *Essential Capabilities**

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or software engineering
• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), programming languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/numerical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
• 3+ years of experience with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and procedures, and factors that influence their performance
• Experience applying theoretical models in an applied context

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or software engineering
• Experience in a ML or data scientist role with a large technology organization
