We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Platform Services & Operations team in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing key workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise will enable groups to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and implement key workflow tooling at scale to support high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide education and support for workflow initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and drive business decisions
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement data-driven solutions

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
• Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced Tableau developer skills
• Proficient in SQL, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
• Experience working with large data sets and developing data-driven solutions

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
• Experience in software development, including data pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
• Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve concrete results through analytics
• Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across cross-functional teams to achieve a unified goal
