We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Portland, USA. As a key member of our patient care and clinical services team, you'll be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You'll work closely with our clinical networks, patients, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and outcomes.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication management, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects
- Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
- Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and implementing changes
- Guarantee regional pharmacies comply with regulatory requirements, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to meet the organization's financial objectives
- Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
- Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication management, treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and specialty programs)
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives
- Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities
- Advance collaboration and inspire pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority
- Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
- Experience working with confidential information
- Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, organizing, and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates
- Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues is necessary
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary
- Knowledge of insurance plans
- Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radius, Commitment, and Plus
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting font and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets)
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding list level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show)
- Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, selecting font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities)
