As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information, prescriptions, and other relevant data into our electronic health records system
  • Processing and verifying patient prescriptions, including checking for accuracy and completeness
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to patient data and confidentiality
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Patient Experience:
  • + Draw in patients by greeting them and offering assistance with items and services+ Settle patient issues as quickly as possible and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive patient experience+ Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and cheerful experience+ Associate with patients by expecting needs and proactively offering services
  • Tasks:
  • + Advice patients and answer their inquiries regarding the use of medication, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, more affordable medications, over-the-counter items, and refer to clinical suppliers as necessary to ensure medication is taken accurately, health needs are addressed, and satisfaction with service is achieved+ Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug treatment audits, check, and medication management+ Survey, interpret, and precisely administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility+ Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with guidelines, company policies and standards
  • Individuals and Performance Management:
  • + Help the Pharmacy Director with staff hiring and training+ Build up the course of Pharmacy Director in staff performance by training, and giving productive feedback, checking customer service, and encouraging colleague development
  • Preparing and Self-awareness:
  • + Keep up with current information and required permitting/credentialing/confirmation as laid out by government and state guidelines to offer such clinical types of assistance+ Keep up with current information and abilities connected with pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy-related journals, company publications, and communications+ Acquire vital affirmations, education credits and training, including learning modules, as expected by the Organization
  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Degree from an authorized educational institution
  • Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
  • Experience performing prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
  • Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer in at least 90 days of hire
  • *Preferred Capabilities**
  • No less than 2-year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting including prescription filling and check, records and legal compliance, pharmacy tasks, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
