We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining crucial data that supports our operational excellence. As a key member of our Tasks Investigation and Execution (OAP) team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve our services.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Advancing predictive models and figures to proactively convey required Air Terminal Client Assistance (ACS) setting up needs, collaborating with cross-functional ACS divisions
  • Investigating asset use and identifying more ideal/effective arrangements
  • Announcing related to the execution of asset arranging drives
  • Examining the latest things in ACS asset arranging
  • Conducting research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Developing complex reports and investigations with guidance from senior leaders
  • Presenting findings to OAP and specialty unit leaders, including senior leaders
  • Serving as an internal specialist to partners and providing insights to drive results
  • Maintaining the well-being and safety of self and others
  • *A Few Examples of Tasks Include:**
  • Finding and extracting information from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
  • Finding and developing new information sources and essential analytical models and tasks
  • Utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytical strategies to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and important tradeoffs
  • Developing new essential analytical models or altering existing ones
  • Changing information into significant experiences using data visualization and analytical storytelling strategies
  • Supporting complex process improvement and project management commitments for both individual specialty units and cross-divisional drives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, and R, required
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities, and the ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal skills, with the ability to create succinct, relevant, and decisively determined reports and presentations for senior leaders
  • Be a team player, meticulous, and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix environment required
  • Experience with MS Office required
