  • *Job Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems for our data center products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Plan, Item Management, and Tasks groups, to identify and address potential manufacturing bottlenecks in early development stages
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to improve execution and efficiency across the supply chain
  • Leading the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth
  • Utilizing Item Information Management (PDM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O)
  • Leading the Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align figure and BOM structures
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, data center operations, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts
  • Experience with LEAN... Assembling/5S/8D practices
  • Experience in charging data centers
  • Ability to impact the item electrical design and manufacturing process
  • Familiarity with Item Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and tools
