As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp), you'll play a pivotal role in providing outstanding support and assistance to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be working in a call center environment, responding to questions via phone, and solving customer issues related to employee benefits. This is a fully remote position, and we'll provide you with all the equipment you need, as long as you have your own high-speed internet.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Respond to questions via phone in a call center environment
- Solve customer issues related to employee benefits, researching problems and processing documents
- Maintain satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
- *Requirements**
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- *Nice to Have**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
- Call center experience
