As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and patient care services. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient data, managing prescription records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Accurately and efficiently process patient data, including prescription records, medical histories, and demographic information
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including medication counseling and education
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry developments, and best practices in pharmacy operations and patient care
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in the states within the region
  • Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations
  • Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, patient care, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
