As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Director of Support Systems and Business Technology teams. You'll be responsible for integrating business objectives into technical guides, advancing our frameworks methodology, and leading a specialized team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will drive best practices across the team, promote a culture of ownership and responsibility, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Integrate business objectives of partners into technical guides and advance the broader frameworks methodology to stay ahead of changing business objectives.
• Lead a specialized team to deliver solid frameworks that create business value.
• Drive best practices across the team, promoting a culture of ownership and responsibility for quality and practicality of expectations.
• Lead the team to identify opportunities and move to deliver smart fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and address technical ideas to stakeholders and leadership.
• Utilize data to drive strategy and business activity, and inspire design teams to work together, build industry-leading engineer foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact.

• *Minimum Qualifications**

• 15 years of experience overseeing framework foundation planning and delivery.
• 10 years of experience overseeing people, managers, and teams, including teaching and developing a team.
• 5 years of experience on scaled and high-contact support, overseeing cross-functional partners, and utilizing core skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in business engineering, frameworks planning, frameworks coordination, data design, and solutions delivery.
• Ability to use data to drive strategy and business activity, address technical ideas to crowds and leadership, and influence/lead cross-functional partners.
• Ability to inspire design teams to work together, build industry-leading engineer foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
• Ability to tackle complex issues and scale across an organization and distributed team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• *Compensation and Benefits**

arenaflex is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects the value of our employees' contributions. The base salary range for this full-time position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, with additional benefits and perks to be discussed during the recruitment process.
