As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls from new and existing clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services, as well as resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call types, customer feedback, and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide timely solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise emails, reports, and other documents
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns
  • A clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience with SAP or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
  • Ability to connect hardwire/ethernet, with no hotspots/WiFi
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Medical-related background, including medical billing, claims experience, or in-office experience in a medical setting
  • Insurance experience
  • Previous experience in the optical industry
  • SAP experience
  • Bilingual French speaking skills
