- *About the Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Group Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the division Chief and Managers in the overall leadership and operation of the DC. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading others and working effectively with the division team
- Managing, assigning, and directing the activities of division associates
- Clearly communicating information to the team in an open and transparent manner
- Supporting Director and Managers on a case-by-case basis to ensure operational effectiveness
- Utilizing various reports, charts, and systems to identify issues that associates may experience in their work capabilities
- Assigning associates to workspaces within the division to achieve a fair workload and meet operational metrics
- Meeting daily with the office Administrator and Manager to determine departmental staffing needs and tasks
- Directing tasks as determined by the Manager
- Performing other related duties as assigned by the Manager

- *Required Capabilities**
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and count precisely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (approachable and warm)
- Should be certified on all equipment required to complete the task
- Ability to work past 40 hours
- Leadership skills, critical thinking, independent direction, performing multiple tasks, delegate responsibility, set goals, be a good example for resolve, advance production as a visual cue, and ensure completion of the main task
- Strong WMS knowledge, computer education
- Should be available immediately and attend all compulsory Instructional courses
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
- Proficient in Strategies and Systems across all movements of the Operation
- Work equipment in a safe manner following recommended work procedures
- Excellent attendance is a must

This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base compensation offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant variables. This position is eligible for a arenaflex reward, commission, or temporary incentive program in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
