- *Job Description:**
As a Lead Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the design and development of our Information Items and Information Distribution centers, focusing on Commitment and Maintenance Examination and Information Science.
- Planning and developing flexible information warehousing solutions, building ETL pipelines in Large Information conditions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).
- Our tech stack includes Hadoop, AWS, Snowflake, Flink, and Wind stream, with languages such as Python, Scala, and SQL.
- Helping engineer information arrangements/structures and defining information models for the core information warehouse and data shops.
- Collaborating with Information Item Chiefs, Information Modelers, and Information Architects to design, implement, and deliver successful information solutions.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of your work and changes to ensure information quality and information administration.
- Ensuring high functional productivity and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support our commitment to our clients (Information Science, Information Examination groups).
- Being an active member and supporter of agile/scrum practice to ensure well-being and cycle enhancements for your team.
- *Key Capabilities:**
- Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract information and build performant datasets.
- Experienced insight with distributed frameworks like Flink, Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Voila, PySpark) to query and process information.
- Solid programming skills in Python, Java/Scala.
- Experience with at least one major MPP or cloud database technology (Snowflake, Redshift, Large Query).
- Strong involvement in information reconciliation toolsets (i.e., Wind current) and composing and maintaining Information Pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of Information Modeling strategies and Information Warehousing standard systems and practices.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches.
- You are a problem solver with strong empathy and excellent logical and relational abilities.
- Ideal to have experience with Cloud advances like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2).
