As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sets, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
• Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
• Develop and present results to a wide range of audiences, from initial concept to production
• Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team
• Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
• Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Present to the management team and contribute to the development of business strategies

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
• Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
• Proficient in analysis software and applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
