As a Customer Success Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer/partner relationships and ensuring their success with our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with partners and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction with our product offerings.
  • Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and gathering requirements from partners to inform our product development and service delivery.
  • Maintaining constant communication with partners to identify and resolve issues, relay relevant system updates and offerings, and build strong relationships.
  • Conducting user acceptance or system testing to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
  • *Required Qualifications for the Customer Success Analyst**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with onboarding new customers or partners, gathering requirements, and maintaining relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS products (Word, Excel, PPT), Salesforce, and/or Visio.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance, which is required for this role.
