We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently.   • *What You’ll Do:**
  • **Efficiently Manage High-Volume Calls**: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • **Listen Actively and Offer Clear Information**: Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their issues.
  • **Access Cardholder Accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • **Assist with Inquiries and Transactions**: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, and process transactions efficiently via web-based applications.
  • **Communicate Effectively**: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • **Maintain In-Depth Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • **Support Team Operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.

  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • **Age and Education**: You must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • **Customer Service Experience**: You should have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience.
  • **Background Check**: You must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • **Internet and Work Area**: You must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, and an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • **Equipment**: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment.
  • **Internet Speed Test**: You must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.
  • **Working Knowledge**: You should have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • **Previous Call Center Experience**: You should have 1+ years of previous call center experience.
