As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, to address policyholder inquiries, explain policy coverage, update claim statuses, and provide additional policy information.
  • Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and third parties to ensure seamless resolution of claims and policy-related issues.
  • Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to provide accurate and up-to-date support to our policyholders.
  • Ensuring customer needs are met in every interaction, whether conducted via phone, email, or written correspondence, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Meeting established department standards for call volume, average call handling time, and effective time management to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • *Required Skills**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with policyholders, providers, and third parties.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office to navigate our systems and tools efficiently.
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, to manage high call volumes and maintain productivity.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently under pressure to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • *Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or similar role where daily phone interaction is essential.
  • Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preference for individuals with remote work experience, although not mandatory.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speed (hard-wired connection is necessary).
  • Possession of a smartphone to access the VPN.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required.
  • A quiet and professional home office environment is required.

  • Availability for training during the weekdays between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST is required.

Following training, you'll work 40 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts unless overtime is available.
