  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a remote sales and customer support representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identifying customer needs and pursuing new sales opportunities and recommending appropriate products/services to drive sales
  • Accurately processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues related to orders
  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Using arenaflex systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based upon company protocols
  • Working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Helping identify best practices, protocols, and processes
  • Making suggestions to improve department
  • Assisting in marketing programs
  • Assisting in analyzing customers' future requirements for forecasting purposes. Providing monthly sales reports of sales pipeline
  • Analyzing the territory/markets potential, tracking sales, and delivering status reports
  • Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improving through feedback
  • *Secondary Job Accountabilities**
  • Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings
  • On-call needs - We are a global company, and there are times that you may be needed outside of normal business hours
  • Other duties as assigned
  • *Minimum Education & Experience**
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Able to function independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work on a computer and/or communicate by phone for extended periods of time
