- *Key Responsibilities**
As a remote sales and customer support representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identifying customer needs and pursuing new sales opportunities and recommending appropriate products/services to drive sales
- Accurately processing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues related to orders
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Using arenaflex systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions based upon company protocols
- Working closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal teams to help achieve business goals
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
- Helping identify best practices, protocols, and processes
- Making suggestions to improve department
- Assisting in marketing programs
- Assisting in analyzing customers' future requirements for forecasting purposes. Providing monthly sales reports of sales pipeline
- Analyzing the territory/markets potential, tracking sales, and delivering status reports
- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improving through feedback
- *Secondary Job Accountabilities**
- Job may require travel for sales calls, trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings
- On-call needs - We are a global company, and there are times that you may be needed outside of normal business hours

- *Minimum Education & Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-6 years proven experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to quickly learn and understand changing technology
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
- Able to function independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work on a computer and/or communicate by phone for extended periods of time
