As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to resolve patient medical billing inquiries
- Collecting payments and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
- Working with electronic medical systems to resolve billing discrepancies and denials
- Maintaining accurate time tracking and reporting
- Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums
- Meeting daily quality and productivity quotas
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex billing issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Availability to work Monday through Friday during Hawaii Standard Time
