  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Teleworking Remote Data Entry Specialist – Fleet Engineering Support, you'll play a critical role in supporting the A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility
  • Assessing daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
  • Investigating aircraft/component problems that may cause delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determining appropriate corrective actions
  • Providing Engineering support as required for disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components in order to restore serviceable status
  • Responding to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems
  • Developing action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects and pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities
  • Coordinating with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions
  • Preparing Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions by providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections or other actions which provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives
