As a Remote Emergency Roadside Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Processing requests for roadside assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Providing exceptional customer service to approximately 100 member calls per day
• Demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high-tension situations
• Utilizing computer systems and software to efficiently manage member requests and resolve issues

• *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred but not mandatory)
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Successful completion of background and drug screening
• Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots)
• Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
