As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
- Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail

Our schedule includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed
