As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and empathy
  • Accurately documenting call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of data integrity and attention to detail
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • *Schedule and Training:**

Our schedule includes:

  • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Rotating holidays as needed

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
