- Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits
- Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes
- Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

- Achieve a minimum of 50% conversion rate on sales calls
- Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher

- Must pass a background check
