As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and knowledgeable way
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Reliable private internet connection that meets arenaflex's technical requirements (see below)
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Experience working in a work-from-home environment or similar remote work arrangement
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • *Work from Home Technology Requirements**
  • Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable private internet connection that meets arenaflex's technical requirements:
  • + Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)+ ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred+ Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions+ Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
