What You'll Do

As the Director of User Experience at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading our product design team in creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences across all touchpoints. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, design expertise, and leadership ability. Your key responsibilities will include:

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a design leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional user experiences in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You should be passionate about design, data-driven in your approach, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly to audiences at all levels.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Communications, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

3+ years of experience in product design or a related discipline

3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing design teams

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects

Demonstrated experience delivering user-centered designs that drive business results

Strong portfolio showcasing your work across the design lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products

Background in service design and journey mapping

Experience with design systems and scalable design solutions
