As a Data Scientist specializing in Talent Acquisition Analytics, you'll be at the intersection of data science, human resources, and business strategy. Collaborate Across Functions

• Partner closely with talent acquisition specialists, software developers, HR business leaders, and hiring managers to understand business processes and translate them into data-driven solutions


• Act as a trusted analytical advisor to cross-functional teams, providing insights that inform recruitment strategy and workforce planning decisions


• Participate in agile sprint planning and contribute to roadmap development for TA technology initiatives

Drive Data-Driven Decision Making

• Design, develop, and implement complex data transformations using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages to solve specific business challenges in the hiring pipeline


• Build and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization


• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to predict candidate success, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality

Automate and Optimize Processes

• Create scalable, efficient, and automated data processes that streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation workflows


• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into talent acquisition metrics and KPIs


• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive TA processes, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency

Communicate Insights

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science


• Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with data querying languages (such as SQL), scripting languages (such as Python), or statistical/numerical programming languages (such as R, SAS, or MATLAB)


• Analytical Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling, including understanding the parameters and factors that influence model performance


• Practical Application: Demonstrated experience applying theoretical models to real-world business problems in applied settings
