Position Overview
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with accounting software processes, ledger entries, navigation, and troubleshooting needs. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support Excellence: Assist customers with comprehensive questions related to accounting software processes, including but not limited to ledger entry, chart of accounts management, financial report generation, bank reconciliation, and software navigation across various modules.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues with confidence and efficiency. Take full ownership of each customer interaction from initial contact through resolution, ensuring complete satisfaction.

Technical Proficiency
