  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols
  • *Client Experience**
  • Greet clients and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • *Preparation and Self-Improvement**
  • Attend training and complete PPLs (Professional Performance Learning) as assigned by the Administrator or designated by corporate

  • *Essential Capabilities**
  • Familiarity with reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including nights and weekend hours
