As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Manufacturing teams. You'll work closely with our inventory controllers and planning teams to streamline production processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
• Assisting with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching
• Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and assisting the planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
• Performing job duties under ISO requirements, such as following the "line of clearance" rule and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required

• *Minimum Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
• OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

• Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Some laboratory experience, which will help you understand the Manufacturing process
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system
