As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy cloud-based data pipelines and products that enable real-time business analytics, data exploration, and data preparation.

  • Provide training and lead the implementation of complex projects.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify permanent solutions to software or business process issues.

  • Optimize data pipelines and products to provide client personas, data science, AI/ML, and data visualization.
  • Build fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate data computational pipelines.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong professional experience with Spark (PySpark) using Jupyter Notebooks, Colab, or DataBricks.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipeline development, ingest styles in Azure.
  • Experience with orchestration tools, ADF, or Airflow.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and denormalized data modeling for large data structures.
  • Collaborative, capable of working remotely, and an interesting team member.
  • Strong analytical and design skills.
  • 7-10 years of experience in architecting and designing big-scale high-performance distributed systems.
  • 7-10 years of experience in SQL Platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in No-SQL Platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in Spark.
  • 3+ years of experience in data platform implementation on Azure or AWS.
  • 2+ years of experience in CI/CD experience.
  • Exposure to SOA architecture.

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
