- Summarizing data for standardized reports, and viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information
- Protecting the information and identities of customers/clients, adhering to data confidentiality principles and protocols
- Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
