Available Positions

We are currently recruiting for two key roles, and we welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience and career aspirations:


  • Content Moderator – Join our content moderation team and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and safety of digital platforms. You will review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation Duties:
    • Reviewing user-generated content (text, images, videos, and audio) across various digital platforms
    • Identifying and flagging content that violates community guidelines, terms of service, or legal requirements
    • Making informed decisions about content removal, escalation, or approval based on established policies
    • Documenting moderation actions and maintaining accurate records of all reviewed content
    • Staying updated on evolving platform policies and industry regulations
    • Collaborating with team leads to address complex moderation challenges
    • Participating in quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy in moderation practices
  • Customer Support Duties:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in Czech and English
    • Providing accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies
    • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through resolution steps
    • Processing transactions, returns, and complaints in accordance with company procedures
    • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

  • General Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Language Proficiency:

    • Native or near-native fluency in Czech (C1 level or higher)

    • Strong working knowledge of English (B1-B2 level)

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

    • Ability to understand and respond appropriately to customer inquiries in Czech and English



  • Educational Background:

    • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus

    • Relevant experience in customer service, content moderation, or related fields is desirable but not required



  • Technical Skills:

    • Comfortable working with computers and various software applications

    • Basic knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
