As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it with sensitivity
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and providing feedback on call issues
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Upselling and promoting arenaflex services when required
  • *Qualifications**

We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a virtual team environment)
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively

To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
