As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers, managing sales inquiries, and troubleshooting customer problems with our products. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Managing sales inquiries, processing orders, and creating shipping labels
  • Troubleshooting customer problems with our products and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe
  • Calculating the price of products, creating renders and mockup designs, and working with AI tools to create new content
  • Managing social media outreach to influencers and other stakeholders
  • Performing other virtual assistant tasks as required
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Manage sales inquiries, process orders, and create shipping labels
  • Troubleshoot customer problems with our products and resolve disputes on PayPal and Stripe
  • Calculate the price of products, create renders and mockup designs, and work with AI tools to create new content

  • Advanced proficiency in Shopify, including managing and operating Shopify
  • Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
  • Strong sales abilities and experience
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
  • Ability to manage social media accounts effectively
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer support experience
  • Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
  • High understanding of worldwide addresses
  • Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls
  • Proficiency in creating compelling copy
  • Experience in providing live chat support
