  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology, public health)
  • 2+ years of experience in case management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
