As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll be working closely with our client, Samsung, to provide technical and non-technical assistance to their customers. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, and providing efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
- Come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries
- Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in training and coaching programs to improve skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

- Experience working with Samsung or similar technology companies
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field
